Wednesday November 26th saw our Year 3/4 children compete in the NSport Indoor Athletics competition. Children had to compete in a maximum of 2 track and 2 field events. The track events were varying distance relays, hurdles, and an obstacle relay. We finished mainly first or second in our heats, each event was timed The field events were Chest Push, 5 strides, Standing Long Jump, Vertical Jump, Javelin and Speed Bounce and each child's achievement recorded. All the results from this morning and this afternoon are than collated and added together to create a winner, with over 26 school teams participating. After all the scores collated we have become Northampton Town champions and will compete in the County Finals at Kettering arena. Well done to all the children who took part, these included from Year 4, Matthew D, Damir, Alex T, Joey, Daniel, Daisy, Leonna, Itzehl, Ella G, Olivia and Prince. From Year 3 was Suwaiba.
